It came from one man’s truth — my truth — and a fire I couldn’t put out.
Since 2016, I’ve been running the Tom Ryan Show, funding NN out of my own pocket, building the message, the energy, the strategy, the rebellion. Every video, every script, every spark… it’s all been me lighting matches in the dark.
But a movement doesn’t grow because one person burns hot. A movement grows because many people step into the fire with him. And today, this is me doing something I’ve never been great at: Asking for help.
Not for me. For the people who wake up every day fighting anxiety, depression, bipolar, and trauma with nothing but grit and hope.

Why I’m Asking
I’m an arsonist brain with a heart for crazy people. I can ignite ideas all day long — that’s my wiring — but I can’t build this uprising alone.

For that, I need people who feel the pull. People who want to make a real impact. People who want to help build something that actually matters.

Live Online “Energy Nights”
Help set up and manage a platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) big enough to host our weekly live community sessions. This is the heartbeat of NN.
In‑Person Retreats
We need someone with rock‑solid organizational skills to help build the framework for our live, in‑person NN retreats across the U.S. Structure. Logistics. Flow. You’d be the backbone of these events..
